The service:

Our blood testing service is available for individuals or clubs who wish to have a NMC registered nurse take blood from players and get their samples tested at a UKAS registered laboratory.

Our nurses will come to a location of choice and will undertake the blood profiles as chosen by the club doctor or head of medical.

Results will be posted in a confidential dashboard for the team doctor and head of medical to see.

How it works:

1. You contact us with a time, date and location

2. You provide us with the number of players and staff having blood tests

3. We will ask you to complete a series of forms to ensure blood samples are correct to individuals

4. We will ask which blood profiles you wish to undertake (our range of sports blood profile is listed below)

5. We will confirm all details

6. Our nurse will come on site and take blood samples of those registered against the blood profiles agreed

7. The bloods are then sent by the nurse to the UKAS registered laboratory to be tested

8. Results will be back within two working days

9. Results will be posted within the dashboard

Pricing:

Our pricing is set based on number of players or staff being tested and what blood profiles. However for example based on our standard elite sport blood profile.

• Blood Test per player from £125 to £200

The cost of nurse:

• One Player - £70

• Four to Twelve Players - £300 (at one location on one date)

• Twelve to Twenty Five Players - £450 (at one location on one date)

• Twenty Five to Fifty Players - £700 (at one location one date)

The cost of courier:

• location dependent - £200

Squad Pricing example:

Using our elite sports blood test profile, with nursing and courier for a team based in the midlands for a squad of 24 players would be £3,650

If the nursing service is not required:

If you do not require our nurses to take blood and just wish to order blood testing from us this is absolutely fine.

We can build a blood profile based on a doctor’s request or we can provide you with various blood profiles we have already built.

How this works:

You tell us about the blood profiles

We will order a sampling kit direct to the doctor requesting the blood

The bloods are taken by the Nurse or Doctor on site

The doctor then will send the bloods by post in a Priority Royal Mail Postbox in the packaging provided

The results will be with the doctor (test dependent) within 2-5 working days.
